My experience with rain, had to be a terrible one, I paid for my monthly subscription on April & they was no internet access for the whole month and they would not get back to us either, that lead me to pay for my subscription late on May which was on the 26/27th and I am still experiencing the same issue, it sucks to pay for something when you can't get service and their customer service platforms are not helpful at all, I now regret having a rain simcard. If I could I would rate them minus - 20 because they are the worst. At our expense, creating uncomfortable experiences.
