Rain being weird

So rain decides that they are going to collect their money today because of a public holiday. Cool, but I don't get paid until around like 6pm today. So they send me a message that the debit order failed, ofc, and then they send another one saying my rain service has been canceled but I still have to pay. The day is not over yet but they are already cancelling services at 11am. When I pay will my 4g be active again or will 5g be the only option? This smells too much like doing whatever possible to force 4g customers to 5g.
