Rain becomes Pain with empty promises

I have canceled my subscription on the 3rd of February 2022 with no success. After I wrote a review on hello Peter I was privately emailed by Rain asking numerous questions which I have answered without delay via email. And then after all that we are playing the waiting game once again. The customer support is really bad and they don't show any interest in after customer care. I'm still waiting for Rain to confirm when they will be collecting their 5G router as this promise as not been honored by themselves as yet.
