Rain

Rain is probably the worst internet provider ever. I've sent multiple email complaining and asking why im paying for 50mbps 5G and im NEVER even reaching 25mbps, peak times literally have screen shots of speeds below 1mbps download speeds. So after a month of complaining and not getting service, ive canceled my 5G on 30/05/22 and the internet is normally paid for upfront... and as there is an agreement to give notice for cancelation a month in advance I do understand that for June 2022 there will still be a deduction but what I don't understand is why was my internet put off 01/06/22. So the money is paid for the cancelation month but internet is cut off. As I can remember back when I got the 5G I immediately paid upfront as soon as the internet was activated... does that make sense to anyone? Please advise. Thats really low cheating customers like that.
