Rain bandwidth

I understand that vodacom bought large portion of Rain networks' bandwidth so that at any given moment should a vodacom customer in that area need connectivity All Rain clients would be throttled so that a vodacom customer would have first priority. That's why we gets speeds such as 1mbps . I wont recommend anyone to buy any Rain product.
