Rain Bad Wrong billing system Debitting without consent after agreeing to amonth to month subscription

Hi I have a complain about this billing system of rain. I have called and laid complaints because I was under the impression I am under a Month to month subscription as agreed upon so I used an account that does not usually have funds unless i transfer funds into it. So I decided that I did not want the rain services anymore as I had some financial obstacles so I stopped paying under the impression that the services will be stopped. As it is a Month to month subscription. The services kept being turned on and off during the 2 months which I had requested the service to be stopped. In the meantime rain starts debiting my account and finding no money after we had initially agreed upon no debits and I would make payments for the services when I needed it. I called and asked why they were debiting my account nobody could answer me properly and clearly. I been receiving threating messages to pay an amount of R2000 for a service which I requested to be stopped after being debited without my consent and having the services not cut off. This company called nu debt is threating to blacklist me for their payments and I feel it is not fair and not good business practices they are using. I stopped using rain the minute I saw they started doing the opposite of what we agreed upon from the start. Their network sucks as well and their service is bad really bad I wouldn't recommend rain to anybody after being warned about this ****mers with their **** advertising I still proceeded with them and learned my lesson the hard way all my credit is up to date anybody willing to help before I get blacklisted and have to attend court for this people's silly stunts. I'm willing to do anything thanks
