Rain Bad wifi network

I have been having problems with rain since the begining of June now and my issues have not been resolved to date. I cant connect to the internet and im using streaming services only which then makes my smart tv useless... everytime i call im told to move my router around and doing so has not resolved my issue... i feel its unfair coz the money i pay monthly for the services is not worth the service delivery i receive. I need answers
