Rain bad Wi-Fi and service
Bad service ever seen in my life, my Wi-Fi has been off for 4 days now and when I call them, they are unable to assist me and promising someone will call and no one ever calls, I have to waste my airtime for the poor service and Wi-Fi, I will never recommend to anyone.

21 Nov 2023, 15:15But still, you haven't call me till today, what is it that one should do to be assisted by you, do you know the delay you are causing everything is just at pause because of your useless Wi-Fi and service, how many times i am complaining still no help. When it comes to your monthly subscription you don't miss a day you deduct your and i didn't pay you don't even wait for a day you are switching off Wi-Fi, very disgusting how you treat people.

21 Nov 2023, 15:38A question are you guys going to replace the 5 days you haven't given connection? cause if 4g was an option you should have done that long time. But clearly you just have poor service for your customers.
