Rain bad support
Rain has a 24hr promise that they will answer all support tickets I have now logged 3 in the past week and have called them and they promised to get back to me and still nothing till this day, I took the top package made sure im well covered in range of their towers but my 5g just doesnt work and they straight up just ignore you well done bro, I just want it fixed or a refund I dont want them to come put a tower in my yard

09 Feb 2024, 14:07Just an update, I have spoken to rains support and they all say the towers are fine they just a bit far from me, but im still in coverage, but lets give them the benefit of doubt and say the tower is faulty who will be paying for this while its not working and the reason for it not working is rains infrastructure? Should that be my responsibility to cover the costs of the product when it has never worked before and is currently not working?
Can I sell you a broken car and say its not working now but I will fix it someday cant tell you when though. Will you pay me for the car? Even though its not working and I cant tell you when it will work?
You guys are just unfair hey and uncool
