rain bad services

Do not use rain as I ordered their 5G product which said was available to use in my House when connected it did not work. I then requested for it to be cancelled and be picked up this was in October in beginning of November they picked it up and did not charge for it in November; but now all of sudden in December they have gone and charged me again. i have sent multiple emails requesting a refund; was sent one email back not stating if I'm getting a refund have sent multiple emails to them requesting clarity on this issue still no response. this is the most pathetic services.
