RAIN BAD SERVICE: SORRY NO SERVICE

NOW Im getting threatened by Rain, that they cannot help me until payment goes through on the 23 Dec, resulting in, 1.) No support for 3 months, 2.) been a client for over 3 years, 3.)Do I deserve this, MOST CERTAINLY NOT. Ive had to change my business cell no, which cost me plenty, they not interested in my losses, only that they get paid. WOW WHAT A SHAME.
