Hi,

I have been contacting RAIN support / customer service for 2 months regarding my cancellation of my services and reversal of my money, but the issue persists . I need urgent assistance to resolve this matter.

I believe they are taking their customers for granted as I cannot contact them repeatedly, it can only mean they are instructed not to cancel .I need my refund!!!!

I REGRET SUBSCRIBING TO THEM!!!!!!

Please listen to the voice recording I specifically asked if they can cancel immediately as I cannot afford another deduction.I have Medical bills to pay and I will return back soon .

I cannot accept any excuses , please process my refund please 🙏🏼 I need it ..
