Rain Bad service provider

I decided to join Rain because of their cheap network package. I’ve been with them since December 15th 2020,however I haven’t found joy in their service or lack thereof.

I only get 1.2 download and 0.3 upload speed if there’s connection at all. I spoke numerous times to their consultants who strikes me as clueless in resolving my issue. On the the 2 March the debit order went through for R479 for no service.

I just want to cancel my service not sure if I will be reimburse for what I have paid for this month because I know I won’t get any service. I’m currently using my own mobile dat while I have WiFi. I won’t encourage anyone to use their service. Use it if you wanna drop your money in the ocean.

So disappointed
