Rain - Bad service

Don't get Rain 5G, it is a total disaster. I upgraded about 4 months ago from 4G to 5G, they were very fast to deliver, but from day one there was no internet on the router. After numerous calls and trying to get it to work, I canceled about a week later, every time they open a ticket, send a silly e-maol of how you must do this and that on the router and every time I phone again and ask to cancel and come collect the 5G. Eventually after two months the send a courier to pick up the parcel, and then they debit my account with an amount of money foe 5G as it is an active sim. Don't consider using them, their service socks and their internet is ridiculously slow and buffer all the time
