Rain - Bad Service

I am highly disappointed in the sevice im getting from Rain... Ive been trying to get ahold of someone and no one is responding to my tickes i place and they took my money without even telling me that the sim doesnt work and its not working... So i want my money back or ill have to take legal action as this is ***** and theft... So please let me know what the hell is going on cause im upset...
