Rain bad service

We have been experiencing network issues for over a week and nothing is being done about it. We have logged call after call but no service has been rendered. They keep telling us out tower is down but no solid feedback as to when will they be able to fix it. Thier debit will go off this month by the 25th march for a service I did not get. This is pure *******. After all the below efforts to call and get assistance no 1 is yet to call us back. But when u enquire about a sale you get a call in less than a minute.
