Rain bad service

Hie having a problem with rain,I made two payments one the 14th another one on the 16th and they confirmed the payment now the locked my account saying I'm owing R300 while the 14th payment that's the R300 it's been almost day 3 without internet and they keep telling me they will escalate the issue.when I call I'm still being told same thing I owe 300 or they will escalate
