Rain bad service
Been struggling with rain. The account was suspended end of September. It's been off until last week. I paid last week(R631.35). Today it's suspended again and the system wants R699 from me. Sent a ticket early this morning got no response. Ticket ***5

Can't pay 699 for using it for less than a week.I don't mind paying for what I used. You suspended my service. I had no access now I must pay full for using it for a few days that's insanity.If you insist on me paying full we can arrange to cancel everything. You can collect the router. Been with Rain for years and the service I got this year has been horrible.Why was my previous amount 631? N that was also not for the full month. Now I must pay R699 for 4 days. I don't mind paying for 4 days but R699. This is not rite
