Rain bad service

Six months ago we got Rain wifi we apply for a 60mbps but always get less than 30mbps.A bought 3 weeks ago I was told that we are on 30mbps plan but we pay for 60mbps.Beside that we does not get the speed that we pay for.I have been complaining a bought my service from day one.Most of the time nobody is phoning back even if I put a request for somebody to phone me.The service of Rain is terrible.
