Rain bad service
Rain's service is very bad. When you call no answer When you submit a ticket on their app they dont attend to it.
You pay for 5G and dont receive it. Most of the time 4G and 95% of the time that doesnt work either...
Why are we getting ******..

Every week we have this..and always is said that techs are been sent to fix the problem..
What about down time.i pay my wifi every month but get bad service 90% of the time..
Why of the problem you know of why dont you compensate...and why is 4g enabled if we paying for 5g
