Rain Bad Service and unauthorised debit order

I haven’t used rain for the past couple of months because of bad signal and I have reported it but there’s nothing that has been done but money is back deducted from my account……I need my refunds back as I have stopped using your services long ago and you are aware of it……am so disappointed in your service as I have been a loyal customer for years now but due to the bad service I have received since last year I had to cancel…..May you please attend to this as a matter of urgency…. Thank you
