Rain bad service and poor network cancell my account

I have tried many attempts to cancell my account will rain becouse of there poor network and bad service from them as for last month i payed for the month while idid not get any connection and bad service from them telling me my matter is being escalated with no follow up im the one whose constantly calling rain, they tried to deduct while iv cancelled they just wanna make me a bad payer.
