Rain bad service and no network
I have been complaining about rain for I don't how long regarding network..they keep telling me the matter is escalated and prioritized bit I do not get any feedback or connection..I pay alot of money to this company for me to continuously complain about the same thing..it has already affected my work as I work from home. I already received a warning at work for network issues..I have lost hope really..they cannot even provide me with an account number!

22 Aug 2025, 20:08I did that already about.4 times already and speed test on 0..I keep repeating this like an idiot..I have been waiting for someone since 5pm till now Noone bothered to call me..it was apparently marked as urgent..if this is urgent then I don't know..this is pathetic
