Rain bad service and no Internet access to its customers

Have been having issues since Rain upgraded me without my permission and then Christmas came and I was in a house with little to no access to the internet. The first time they responded to say it's towers down and they're fixing it, it's yet fixed since now I have no access @ all. I don't even get a response now and when I called all I got was an automated answering service with no assistance from any agent just music playing non-stop. This needs to be fixed or I'll find a network that works.
