Rain Bad Service and Bad customer expery

I have had the worst experience with rain. The was a month where I didn’t have service for two weeks. On some days the network is on, on some days the network is off. This month they debited twice the amount they were supposed to deduct. I have logged disputes for the network and recently for the double deduction to no avail. I’m tired of rain and the bad network and service. The call centre number is never answered
