Rain- bad service all over

Absolute poor service, my account got suspended because I had *****ulent activity on my account. No notice, my account was suspended, i contacted the call centre and waited 11:36 for someone to take my call. Then spoke to Sake, who couldnt help me. However debited my account. Then says there is an issue with billing👀. I then requested for his manager Greshan, who cudnt take my call due ti HIGH VOLUME CALL RATES! Too many issues to deal with. Greshan eventually did call me back, but still couldnt help. I recently uograded to RainOne, 3-5 day delivery. Took 11 working days to contact me. Pathetic service.
