Rain Bad service

I ordered and paid for a 5g outdoor router on the 4th June. I have called several times to find out what the problem is and get given a different answer each time. I sent a message on Facebook and answered almost straight away asking my email. then nothing up to today the 14th june. I just want what I paid for within 15min of getting my invoice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
