Rain bad service

So this is not funny anymore, been reporting issues with rain yet nothing gets done about it. How pathetic is this, worse than Telkom. Think I will rather go back to Telkom seen as rain is not sorting out my connection issues. Pay for a service that is not existing. Instead of trying to sort out a issues over the phone get your technical team out hear and sort this constant connection problem

Like I said,get your technical team out hear and sort this issues. Unless you want me to get nasty, stop trying to sort this issues sitting on your ass in a office.

Please explain how the hell you want me to do that if I have connection problems.I tried different routers, different phones and even putting the damn routers outside and nothing help

So you wan to tell me that Rain is going to do absolutely nothing regarding my connection issues. So tell me why the hell am I paying for a service that I am not getting because of your poor service. Amazing you have no field service technicians then explain to me who is maintaining your equipment on the towers. No I understand the **** services

I don't need to optimize my device, you need to upgrade you bad service. Seems that you don't understand my replies to you, I have told you I had my sim card in different phones, and different routers even placing it outside my house yet it still does the same. Seems you are not willing to help your paying customer. Rain probably belongs to the government because they give the same service...... Nothing
