RAIN BAD SERVICE
We have been on Rain since lock down. We are paying for a 10mbps internet speed but we are not getting that speed.
There is NO means of contacting RAIN as they do not provide any conract numbers and no email address.
Extremely frustrated.

We are still experiencing yhr same problem. Just yesterday we couldn't even use the wifi kept buffering without anything loading.
