Rain bad service

I bought a 5G router package. A wrong sim and router was delivered to me. Three days later, they brought a new sim. When I connected it, it did not work. I then tried connecting Rain Support and for three days, I did not hear from them. Only after three days, I received assistance. I had to spend extra money to purchase data in order for me to conduct my business.
