Rain bad service

Always the same reply from rain yet it is only getting worse, I have done all this already,also contacted customer support on the rain app and rain internet site yet I get no reply and nothing gets done so please stop giving things to do that was already done and does not help but making it worse

You apologize for the inconvenience. Rather apologize for your bad service because rain has been nothing except helpful even though I have been a client for years so this is what you call customer service to a loyal customer.

Best efforts service yet you don't have field technicians and think you can sit in a office sorting the problems. That is the problem with the service we get today, sitting in a office and trying to solve issues with a PC instead of physical problem solving
