Rain bad service

Hi. I ordered the 5g Rain Router package for R699 and none of my devices able to connect to the new router. The issue is the damn router is not connecting and I have moved it around, they suggest that you should install it outside for better signal but still not working. The worse part the whole company stuff is on lockdown, the only way to contact them is through that useless support which none is responding. Now it's been over a week no internet and no one to assist you. There's nothing I can do at the moment I can't even cancel the service all now what they're waiting for is Month-end so they can bill me. I'm unhappy and really disappointed.
