Rain bad service

I don't even know where to begin the way I'm so angry right now... As far as I know rain is a pay as you use non contract.. I was using rain and I was moving in with my sister so we had to apply for 2cnd rain under one profile it gave us rain 101.. I think it was delivered on the 30th of Dec 2023 if I'm not mistaken and on the 10th Jan 2024 it stopped working it would switch on and on off always not working. Then I decided to call and report on the 10th and I was advised a technician will fix it on their side they can see if off. Then I called following day I was told they will send a technician to come look at it.. Following day I called was told technician called me and I don't pick up meantime there was no missed call on my side. Called avail was told turn around time is 48 hours for technician kept calling and getting different stories like the tower is off that's why the router is off I eventually got sick of wasting my airtime and was told they are canceling the router I'll order another one after they collected this one till today the router is in my house not working cool. No I'm trying to pay for the 1st router remember these routers where on one profile it says I must pay R1080 or so and I'm like there must be a mistake I call them again and guess what it's not a mistake.

Spoke to first consultant and when I asked for manager he hung up, called again same thing when I asked for manager hung up and he said his name was Saab.. I'm not getting anywhere with this and all I wanna do is pay for the rain that's working fine and let them take the one that's not working and explain how I got charges 500 for a router that worked less than 2 weeks.

My sister had the same situation with rain and she ended up not paying a cent coz they billed Herr for months of not using rain and they said she used it meanwhile it was off all along rain is starting to rip us off is this not a pay as you use whta happening I'm really not impressed so said to give this rating but customer service is bad and false advertising dealing with rain in the past few weeks has been a pain I don't wanna lie I'm not happy and definitely will not recommend anyone to go and be a rain customer.
