Rain bad service

I have started calling rain on the 20th of December 2024 asking them to close my account. I spoke to the agent who promised to get the billing department to call me and to this day I have not received a single call.

I have now called Rain more than 17 times asking to them close my account and no one has ever called me. Every time I call them they promise to call me back but they never did.

On the 25th they debited my account yet they said they will close my account. What kind of the company is this that does not value its customers. What is it that I need to do in order for them to call me and resolve my problem.
