Rain bad service

I got a rain SIM card in the Cosmopolitan issue in March and I did the online Rica and also paid the amount that was needed to pay but still to date my sim has not yet been activated they keep saying it’s in the que to be activated I have a new invoice for April but I have been not using the network, I can not get hold of anyone who can help me
