Rain bad service

Rain has a bad service,in November I called and told them I lost both my sim cards and they said I should do a sim swap on their app and I did just that and called them a month later saying I will receive 2 sim cards again but till today I'm still waiting,I don't see the point of paying so much money with such an *********** company that doesn't have a good customer service...I might as well join a a provide that will provide the best service because really this is making me angry!!!!
