RAIN - BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i have paid the R479 on the 31st august 2020. i have uploaded proof of address and id but it gets stuck on face recognition. when i log into my rain account it says awaiting rica. this is unacceptable. the call centre number only rings with a message saying they are closed for covid 19. if they were closed why did they happily take my money for the subscription without anyone there to assist. i ordered my sim through takealot

rain has come back to me thank you. however i do not have any utility bills i am currently under sequestration and only have a letter from the owner and a copy of their utility bill registered in their compny name : one world investements mike cc. my capitec account has still got my old address on this. can i take a video of the letter from the owner which you guys rejected and their utility bill? i need to sort this out now, its becoming annoying

someone has contacted me on saturday from rain and said that i should put the rain sim card in a 4g phone and then i should go to settings and go access point and type in rain in the apn address and then it should work but he has not yet got back to me. it is not working. i can connect to the rooter but there is no internet. please can you guys help what should i type in by the apn address??????????? i have paid my subscription on the 31st of august already
