Rain bad service

What Rain is doing to clients is unacceptable. Network is very bad and they just ignore complaints. Not sure what is wrong with their number but cannot find them on their contact number. They only respond with outomated emails and never gets back to me. To think I promoted them to my friends and family. I regret signing up with them.
