RAIN Bad quality

Rain, I haven't had the chance to experience your service since I got my Sim two days ago.so will keep it short. Got Confirmation Sim is active, downloaded apn settings as per your website, but could not connect for the past 2 days. I'm wel within coverage . I tried it in two phones, P30, and Sony Xperia L1. I contacted your support, but they never respond. Just want to say, I'm disappointed. And don't dare Bill me for a service you couldn't provide. Sim canceled
