Rain bad network signal and customer service

I have been with Rain for approximately a year now. I have never experienced such slow speed before over the past week. I have not had loadshedding for the past month. So there is no excuse that they can use. I have full 4g connection but my speeds don't even reach 1mbps. I went on to their site to speak to someone and I get reconnected while I am in the queue. That's how bad the internet is. I do not know if they cap and throttle their customers because it does not state in their terms and conditions clearly. But every month on the very first day. I get good speeds and then it automatically drops. The service is terrible. The internet is terrible. And they need to start speaking to their customers as we pay for a service that they guarantee us. Yet they are not providing the quality advertised. I want to know why I am having network problems and they should fix this asap.
