Rain, bad network

The network is honestly ****, I couldn't even use the wifi to type the email I sent them to tell them how bad they are, in the beginning... first month was good and I upgraded and after that! Nothing.... They "fix" it for me less than n month back and the only advise they can give me is place it close to a window??? If I put it any closer it will be double sided taped to the window
