Rain bad internet service provider

Am working from home and now can't connect to work. I do anything the internet is on but I connect to my site. It seems like you block my ip address to connect to my site. Can you please explain that. Am now using Vodacom I don't experience all problems, I experienced with Rain. Am going to post this on HelloPeter as well. Your uncapped is a lie and you are throttling it so much I can't do anything. I cant stream and can't work. What is it for exactly. Vumatel is busy in my area I guess I have to switch to them. I send emails so many times and there's no one to answer calls, to take our queries. You service is bad. You promise affordable internet all the time, I can tell you right now is a lie. The problem started when you sign a roaming contract with Vodacom. Fix this or you are going to lose more customers to your partner which is Vodacom.
