Rain bad internet connection and no Service at all

Rain internet network is the worse internet ever, I updated the package but internt still extremely slow. I canceled with them and I stopped using it , but they still are deducting my money from my account while I'm not using their Network and on top of that they are not responding to any of my emails. Their master emails server says " support@rain can't receive any emails because it full, I'm unable to contact them in any form. It so irritating.
