Rain bad internet

I am struggling with my internet connection try to contacting them but you have to hold on to long and it is not toll free number. Then i went on to the web site i try the online messaging no help as you go in a que before you reach nommer one you get kicked of and have to start over. Then i send them a email no reply on the email. More then a week back i went on there Facebook and complained there rain came back and ask me to sent my query through fb messenger whit my contact details so i dit so. No one came back to me. I went on there fb page agen and complained agen the no one contacted me got a replay that thay are working around the clock thay will contact me. There is no customer service just empty promises. I am paying for a serves that is impossible to use only. My internet is only working at night when i am sleeping but through i cant use it. I hade enough of this...
