Rain bad customer service

After submitting multiple complaints to Rain from website , i have not received any feedback from them in 2 months , i have paid for there service for 2 months and could not use there product i have tested there sim in a different location and it works but there online maps show i would have coverage at my house , which was not the case i understand it cant always be accurate but at least refund me my money , when i phoned customer care they just blamed it on bad weather and did not want to assist me on a refund
