Rain bad customer service (Do better)

I heard a lot of bad reviews about rain but I decided I'm not gonna judge and give them a try.I received my 5g router last week Tuesday(27 July 2021) . I was so excited to start streaming but I have been struggling since I received it.I've never used the item. I tried several times to contact rain(what service provider doesn't have a number to call).I was told last a technician will come out and sort the problem out.I am still waiting. I work in customer service and this is honestly not good customer service.They sent you ticket after ticket and close the case after a day as if the problem was resolved.No guys....this is not fair.
