Rain Bad Customer service

The worst company ever. First they have no customer care line to call. Only communicate through their support email. I bought a wifi card. It was delivered on the 7th of April till today the 14th of April the card is not activated. The online process that i was asked to follow I did. They said the card is being RICAd. I have waited till today no activation. All i needed was to have data while we are in lockdown. So kids can do their school work.
