Rain bad customer service and unprofessional agent Lisa

Had rain in 2021 and cancelled due to going back work in August 2021 may requested to cancel they didnot hadbto even change banks because couldn't cancel rain .now was interested in there 5G Package they tell me that i owe R275 for what? J cancelled more that 2 years ago and gave instruction hia there app never used there service why i owe .the agent (lisa)ddnt assit or have right answers for me and transferrd me without letting me know to some ext that had to hold for 18 minutes without anyone picking up. Thought rain its better now but i went worse
