Rain Bad customer service agents

We cancelled our rain service halfway through the month, our internet connection was immediately put off. The next month Rain debits my account for R499.00 but I have had no service or connection for a month then get billed. I called the centre and she explains that we have been using it. So asked to show me usage for the past month and they cannot. Use to speak highly of rain now will not recommend or sign any of my clients with rain anymore. Will be migrating all 18 clients !!! Asap thank you for your lady being so unhelpful & rude to make this decision easier
