RAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service person Thumbha Mthombeni didnt have a clue what he was doing and kept repeating the same thing over and over. then he proceeded to leave the chat without saying anything. This is the 3rd time this has happened with rain customer service.
